Delivery times are stated in business days and represent the usual estimated delivery time.

Currently available only for orders with an order value of at least €2,500.00.

Factory Installation

For orders including Factory Installation, the processing time is typically 2–4 business days after we receive your fork.

The return shipping time stated above is additional to this processing time.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping the fork to SIMONS.LAB. Once the installation has been completed, the fork will be returned using the shipping method selected with the order.

Customs, Import Taxes and Other Charges

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other country-specific charges may apply.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient.

The amount and collection of these charges are determined by the regulations of the destination country and are outside our control.
